Locked on one level

I’ve unlocked basically everything in the game, except the News Van. And I’m locked on level 30, for some odd reason, wondering if anyone has a solution for this, thanks xD

EDIT:[EVENT FIX FOUND] To fix the event glitch simply press ESC on your keyboard, choose the map, and your car, and press “Join a Friend” and then type in ‘ ‘ . You’re welcome
